Before Rebootix became a company, it was a pattern I kept seeing: institutions were gaining access to AI, but not ownership of intelligence. My career has moved toward that problem step by step: from strategic investments, to building and exiting Edentrack, to founding Rebootix AI, Inc. around sovereign intelligence infrastructure for the next era of institutional decision-making.
Today, that work continues through Rebootix AI, Inc., OMEGA-1, OMEGATRON, and a body of doctrine focused on decision ownership, institutional memory, and governed intelligence.
Official portrait · 2025
Rebootix exists because I believe the next era of AI will not be won by access to models alone. It will be defined by who owns the intelligence layer, who governs decisions, and who can turn knowledge into durable institutional memory.
My path into sovereign AI did not begin with a model. It began with markets, institutions, and execution. Strategic investment work taught me how capital evaluates risk and long-term advantage. Edentrack taught me how to turn conviction into an operating company. Rebootix is the continuation of that arc.
None of this is theoretical to me. I have built before, sold to real clients, scaled a team, and exited. That operating experience is exactly why I am willing to take on a problem this large. OMEGA-1 and OMEGATRON are where the thesis becomes real.
“The institutions that win the next decade won’t be the ones renting the biggest model. They’ll be the ones that own the intelligence behind their decisions.”

The current chapter: a company built around sovereign intelligence infrastructure, with OMEGA-1 and OMEGATRON as its first expressions.
The current chapter is Rebootix AI, Inc., a company built around sovereign intelligence infrastructure. OMEGA-1 and OMEGATRON are not side projects. They are the first expressions of a larger thesis: institutions will need AI systems that preserve memory, govern decisions, coordinate action, and keep strategic control in their own hands.
The Company · Current Mandate
A US-based, Delaware-incorporated AI infrastructure company, and the focus of my work today. I started Rebootix around a single shift in the industry: the move from renting model access toward owning the intelligence layer institutions actually decide with. Its work centers on sovereign intelligence, institutional memory, command intelligence, and decision governance. It is infrastructure, not another application or dashboard.
“Rebootix is the next chapter of a pattern I’ve already run: build something real, prove it commercially, and scale it. This time the problem is who owns the intelligence layer.”
Flagship System
OMEGA-1 is Rebootix’s sovereign intelligence operating layer: a system built for institutions that need governed intelligence, institutional memory, decision ownership, and strategic execution well beyond ordinary AI tools.
Flagship System · Defense
OMEGATRON extends the Rebootix thesis into defense and command intelligence: the strategic operating picture, doctrine memory, national response coordination, and accountable decision governance for high-stakes environments.
Doctrine · Research
Public doctrine and research around OMEGA-1, the sovereign intelligence deficit, and the shift from AI access to intelligence ownership. This is the strategic thinking that sits beneath the company, published with live DOI records.
Built, scaled, and exited.
Before Rebootix, I founded Edentrack Solutions Ltd. and built it from zero into an international software and services company.
Edentrack delivered SaaS, web, mobile, support operations, outsourcing, and digital services for major and mid-market clients, including a seven-figure annual financial-sector contract. I scaled the company into a triple-digit delivery organization and led it through a strategic exit.
That experience matters because Rebootix is not an abstract research idea. It is the next company I am building from the same operating pattern: find a hard problem early, build around it, win trust, and turn conviction into enterprise value.
Before I built companies, I learned how capital, markets, and institutions actually make decisions.
My early background includes strategic and investment work connected to Arif Habib: business strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, valuation, portfolio analysis, and opportunity mapping, with exposure to acquisition, expansion, and REIT-related strategy. It is where I learned to think in capital allocation, institutional incentives, and long-horizon advantage rather than features.
That lens is part of why my work points at infrastructure rather than tools. I read the institutions Rebootix serves not only as technology buyers, but as decision-makers managing capital, risk, and consequence.
“Rented intelligence is convenient until the moment it matters. The institutions that endure will be the ones that own how their intelligence reasons, what it remembers, and which rules govern it.”
Muhammad Laraib Khan · Co-Founder & CEO, Rebootix AI, Inc.
I’m the Co-Founder & CEO of Rebootix AI, Inc., a US-based, Delaware-incorporated AI infrastructure company. My conviction is simple: the advantage in this next era of AI will sit with the institutions that own and govern the intelligence behind their decisions, not the ones renting it from platforms they cannot see into.
Rebootix is the company I started around that conviction. Its focus is sovereign intelligence infrastructure: governed reasoning, institutional memory, command intelligence, and decision governance, delivered through two flagship systems. OMEGA-1 is the sovereign intelligence operating layer for institutions that need governed intelligence and decision ownership. OMEGATRON carries the same thesis into defense and command intelligence for high-stakes environments.
This isn’t my first company. Before Rebootix, I founded Edentrack Solutions and grew it from zero into an international software and services company. It delivered SaaS, web, mobile, support operations, and outsourced digital services, including a seven-figure annual financial-sector contract. I scaled it into a triple-digit delivery organization and led it through a strategic exit. Earlier still, strategic and investment work connected to Arif Habib taught me how capital, markets, and institutions actually make decisions.
I make considered bets on hard problems and back them with execution. I’ve already taken one company from an idea to real clients, real revenue, and a clean exit, and I’m bringing that same operator’s instinct to a much larger question: who owns the intelligence layer institutions decide with. The mission is ambitious, but the pattern behind it is one I’ve run before.
